Therefore, individual informed consent was not required for this study and the internal validation dataset, as per The Regional Ethics Committee fort Stockholm, Sweden (Dnr. 2014/453-31/3, April 9, 2014).The ethics approval CALHN Reference Number: 13991 covered the collection and usage of the anonymous data in the external validation dataset, and was approved by Central Adelaide Local Health Network Research Services ethical review board. It did not require individual consent. The anonymous external validation dataset was transferred to Karolinska Institute as non-personal data for the specific inclusion in this study, and stated informed consent was not required.The Swedish Ethical Review Authority, Sweden (Dnr. 2023-07151-01) covered the inclusion of the external validation data in this study and was approved on the basis that no informed consent was required as the data was anonymous.
