: Ethical approval from the institutional ethics committee of Kirsehir Ahi Evran University was obtained prior to onset of investigation (IRB approval number 2023-02/05). Participation in the research was voluntary, without coercion. Participants provided consent for their involvement in the study. It was communicated that identities would remain confidential, and the results would be published. All participants and legal guardians were clearly informed about the procedure. Informed consent forms for surgery were obtained from all subjects and their legal guardians before surgery.
