: Approval for the study was obtained from the Institutional Human Ethics Committee of the ICMR– National Institute of Occupational Health, India. Written informed consent was taken from the participants of the in-depth interviews, which included consent for the audio recording of the interviews. Confidentiality and anonymity of participants were strictly maintained throughout the study process, with data anonymization procedures implemented to safeguard privacy of the participants. Additionally, participants were assured of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without repercussions.
