: The study was researcher-initiated and there was no external sponsor. No patients were contacted for this registry-based study purpose; therefore, informed consent was not obtained from any patient, instead, the research was in prior to its initiation approved by the Northern Ostrobothnia Hospital District (§ 88/2021), according to national legislation, e.g. Act on the Openness of Government Activities (907/2015) and Act on the Status and Rights of Patients (785/1992). Due to its registry-based type, the evaluation by the regional medical research ethics committee of the wellbeing services country of North Ostrobothnia, Oulu, Finland was not avaible. The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Wellbeing Services county of North Ostrobothnia (POHDE) and was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
