: This study involved intervention development and did not constitute research involving human participants, human data, or human tissue, as determined by the Health Research Authority (HRA) decision tool. As such, ethical approval was not required.Patients and members of the public contributed to the intervention development through Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) rather than as research participants. PPI is not subject to ethical approval as per National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) guidelines. Since those involved were not participants in a research study but rather part of the research team guiding the project and decision-making processes, obtaining informed consent was not required.
