Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Peradeniya, Peradeniya, Sri Lanka (No: AHS/ERC/2023/116). The information sheet was given to the patients, and written informed consent was obtained prior to data collection. Only participants who consented to participate in this study filled out the questionnaire. All data collection forms were given a code number, and coded information was used in data management.
