The first dataset used in the study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the Radboud university medical center (NL72784.091.20), and all participants provided written informed consent for secondary use of their data prior to participation. For the second dataset used in the study, ethical approval was not required as confirmed by the local ethics committee, since the CT data were anonymized and collected during routine clinical care.
