: To ensure ethical standards, ethical approval obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College (SPHMMC) and written permission letter was also obtained from the administrators of the Hospital. All data collected during the study was treated with confidentiality and was solely used for research purposes. To protect confidentiality, numerical codes were utilized instead of names on the questionnaires, preserving the anonymity and privacy of the participants’ information.
