: Given the study design and the approval from the National Ethical Review Board, EPM – Etikprövningsmyndigheten (October 8th 2024; ref: 2024-03967-01) individual patient consent was not required. Accordingly, informed consent was not obtained. Instead, each patient was individually contacted by letter and asked to return an opt-out form within four weeks. All patients who returned the opt-out form were excluded from the study. This procedure was conducted in accordance with the approved application granted by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Etikprövningsmyndigheten, EPM). The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
