: This study will be conducted according to the 2008 Declaration of Helsinki principles. It has been approved by the Central Denmark Region Research Ethics Committee (registration no. 1-10-72-79-23). The Danish Medicines Agency was consulted before study initiation, and it was determined that approval as a drug trial was not required (case no. 2023120319). Informed consent will be obtained from all participants before enrollment. Any protocol modifications that could impact study conduct, patient benefit, or treatment safety will require prior approval from the Central Denmark Region Research Ethics Committee.

: Study personnel will obtain informed consent. The signed consent form, which is included in the appendix, will be uploaded to REDCap and stored securely at Aarhus University Hospital and Private Hospital Mølholm. All participants are informed and consent to the publication of study results prior to enrollment.
