: Ethics approval by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the University of Otago New Zealand was acquired for the use of patient datasets used in research studies for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes (H17/020). Informed consent was obtained from all participants of this study in which their data can be used in an anonymous way. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. All procedures performed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards for body donations.
