: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, as applicable to research involving human-derived materials and retrospective datasets.Medical imaging of the non-pathological cadaveric subject was performed in 2004, and the corresponding dataset is available as retrospective data through the local laboratory database. The dried clubfoot specimen was obtained in 1965 and is part of the laboratory’s human material collection available for research purposes.All procedures related to the acquisition, storage, and use of these human materials are conducted under the ethical supervision of the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) body donation program, in compliance with the Belgian Law of 14 June 2017 on human body material, the Royal Decree of 28 October 2018 implementing this law, the Belgian Law of 19 December 2008 on biobanks, and the European Union Tissue and Cells Directive 2004/23/EC.As no living participants were involved and no prospective data collection was performed, informed consent to participate was not applicable.
