Ethics approval and consent to participate: A retrospective analytical observational study was conducted using data from patients who underwent total femoral replacement (TFR). The study was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee (CEIm) of Hospital Universitario Ramón y Cajal, Madrid, Spain (CEIm registration number: 258/25), and was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Patients were informed about the objectives of the study and provided written informed consent to participate.
