Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance to the Declaration of Helsinki Declaration, and the protocol was approved by, and carried out in accordance with, the ethics committee “Danish Patient Safety Authority” (no: 3–3013- 2944/1). The general data protection rules were warranted by the “Capital Region of Denmark, Institutional Data Protection Agency” (no. P-2019–34). The consent for participation in this retrospective cohort study from the patients is deemed unnecessary when these boards have approved the study.
