: Both parent randomized controlled trials were approved by the Biomedical Research Ethics Committee of West China Hospital, Sichuan University (Trial 1: 2023 [633]; Trial 2: 2023-99), and were prospectively registered before patient enrollment (ChiCTR2300074199, August 1, 2023; ChiCTR2300067984, February 2, 2023).Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to study procedures. The informed consent documents explicitly authorized the use of de-identified research data for subsequent related medical research, and all included participants consented to such secondary use.This retrospective secondary analysis was performed using only de-identified datasets, in full compliance with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments.
