Ethics approval and consent to participate: The prospective descriptive longitudinal interventional protocol at TDN Clínica was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Public University of Navarre (No. 1479272TES; Pamplona, 24 February 2025), in accordance with current data protection regulations and the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. This study was registered retrospectively in the ClinicalTrials.gov database (identifier: NCT07301671; registration date: 26/11/2025).All participants, both healthy and injured, were informed about the study objectives and potential risks related to the intervention. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before data collection. All the information was handled confidentially and anonymously.
