Ethics approval and consent to participate

: All procedures performed in study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the University hospital and Faculty of Medicine, University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, in accordance with the ethical standards of the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University Hospital Ostrava.
