: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Ärztekammer Berlin (Eth-10-21). Since this is a retrospective study, a written declaration of consent from the patient based on the legal basis of Section 25 of the State Hospital Law (LKG Berlin) is not required. This was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Ärztekammer Berlin. This study was performed following the Declaration of Helsinki. All patients gave informed consent on medical treatment, which included data acquisition. For the purpose of this study, only anonymized data were analyzed which did not require additional written informed consent.
