: All procedures performed in this study involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1975 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. In order to comply with the ethical considerations in this research, the information of the participants was kept confidential and other people were not able to access this information. The names and surnames of the participants were not used for data collection, and data collection was done after obtaining the code of ethics from Jiroft University of Medical Sciences. This article reports the results of a research project approved by Jiroft University of Medical Sciences with the code of ethics IR.JMU.REC.1400.005.
: Not applicable. In this research, after receiving the code of ethics from Jiroft University’s Research Vice-Chancellor, the data was extracted from the patients’ medical files. Therefore, since the data was not directly collected from the patients themselves, there was no need to obtain informed consent from the Participate.
