: This study was conducted using ex vivo tissue samples obtained from GLPigs at Shamir Medical Center, an approved research supplier. GLPigs operates under the supervision of The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and adheres to all ethical and regulatory standards for animal research. This study was conducted in accordance with the Basel Declaration and international ethical standards for animal research. Additionally, we confirm that the study is reported in accordance with the ARRIVE (Animal Research: Reporting of In Vivo Experiments) guidelines. The use of ex vivo tissues in this study did not involve live animal experimentation, and no additional procedures were performed on the animals beyond routine tissue procurement in accordance with approved protocols.
