: Ethical clearance was obtained from the ethical research review committee of post graduate office at Wollo University. Then ethical consideration approval letter and supporting letter was written from college of medicine and health science and submitted to the administration office of Dessie, Debrebrhan, Hakim Gzawu and Woldiya Comprehensive Specialized Hospitals. Permission letter was obtained from each hospital administrations. Informed verbal consent was taken from the assent was taken from the parent or legal guardians of children. Additionally, convent was taken from children who were able understand and comprehend the information. The verbal assent was witnessed by the third parties one from the researcher and another one from the participant side. However, the ethical committee of Wollo University has waived the data obtained from the client record and the data was fully anonymized before the data collector has accessed it. The data was kept confidential, and no one has access to the data except the members of the research team.
