: This retrospective cohort study involving human participants was approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Health Sciences, Umraniye Training and Research Hospital (Document No: 187, Decision No: 177, Date: June 13, 2024). The study was conducted in accordance with the national research committee’s guidelines and the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The requirement for informed consent was waived by the ethics committee of the University of Health Sciences, Umraniye Training and Research Hospital due to the retrospective nature of the study, in accordance with national regulations and institutional guidelines.
