: The study was conducted after ethical approval is granted from the research ethics committee of Addis Ababa University College of Health Sciences’ School of Medicine department of surgery with a letter written with a reference number of DOS/Rei/70/2024/2016. The data was collected from hand written and electronic medical records and was obtained by the authors. This study is in compliance with the declaration of Helsinki.The need for informed consent to participate was waived by Research Ethics committee of Addis Ababa University college of health sciences’ school of medicine. The reason for the waiver of informed consent is it was impracticable to contact patients by phone and also physically.The data of the patients is collected by the principal investigator and data collector from medical records and stored online anonymously. The stored data was only accessed by the authors for only writing of this research. The collected data will not be used for any other purpose or research.
