: The study protocol was approved by the ethics committee of the Complejo Hospitalario Doctor Arnulfo Arias Madrid (CHDrAAM) (Register N o CBI-CHDrAAM-105-2023) and it was registered at the RESEGIS platform for registration and monitoring of research protocols of the Ministry of Health of Panama (Register number 3126). As per Panama laws, after the protocol approval at CHDrAAM and RESEGIS registry, the Pacifica Salud hospital only provided a no-objection letter. The manuscript presents the results of the secondary data retrospective analysis of deidentified clinical registries data. The patients’ content for analysis of the deidentified data from the health records and for the publication of the study results were not required by the ethics committee of the CBI-CHDrAAM.
