: This randomized controlled trial was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Health Sciences University Ankara Bilkent City Hospital (approval number: E2-23-4787, Chair: Prof. Dr. F.E.
