: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study did not meet the requirements for needing ethical review under the Swedish Law 2003:460 (Ethical Review Act) since the study did not involve sensitive personal data, biological samples, or an intervention, thus there was no ethical review. If a study does not fulfil these criteria there is no way to get it in front of an ethical review board in Sweden since the study is considered ethical by the law and outside of the scope of the Swedish Ethical Review Authority. All participants were informed about the purpose of the study and the handling of data and consented to taking the survey. Survey participant emails were not linkable to the actual responses, and the only data saved together with email addresses was whether a response had been received, e.g. responses were anonymous and could not be linked to any one individual.
