: All procedures were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation (institutional and regional) and with the Declaration of Helsinki of 1975, as revised in 1983. Since this was a retrospective study of de-identified patients, informed consent was not required. Ethics approval for this work was obtained.The study was approved by the University Clinical Center Maribor Ethics Committee (UKC-MB-KME-50/25).
