: This retrospective study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Oncology Training and Research Hospital (IRB Number: 2025–03/53). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. It was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06998030) on 13 May 2025. Due to the retrospective design and the use of anonymized patient data, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the ethics committee.
