: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee for Research with Medicinal Products (CEIm) of Hospital Universitario La Paz (Madrid, Spain), with reference number PI-6530 (internal code 2025.053; Act No. 02/2025, dated January 30, 2025). Need for informed consent was waived by the aforementioned committee.
