: Ethical approval for this retrospective study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Iran University of Medical Sciences (approval no. IR.IUMS.FMD.REC.1403.433) prior to data extraction and analysis. As this study involved retrospective review of anonymized patient records, the requirement for written informed consent to participate was waived by the Institutional Review Board of Iran University of Medical Sciences. Nevertheless, verbal consent was obtained from patients or their legally authorized representatives during all telephone follow-ups. All collected data were anonymized and securely stored to protect patient confidentiality throughout the study.
