: Ethical approval for this retrospective study was obtained from the Yunnan Third People's Hospital, with the reference number 2024KY117. As this study retrospectively used anonymous patient data collected during routine clinical care and no additional intervention was performed, the ethics committee waived the requirement for individual patient consent.
