The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Mersin University Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee (approval date: June 7, 2023; protocol number: 2023/390). As this study was designed as a retrospective analysis based on existing medical records, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the institutional review board.
