: This research was carried out at a reference hospital for cancer treatment in Brazil (Haroldo Juaçaba Hospital – Ceará Cancer Institute) and was approved by the Ethics and Research Committee of the same institution under protocol number 73234723.1.0000.5528 (August 31, 2023). The requirement for informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee, in accordance with Brazilian regulations, due to the exclusive use of archived diagnostic materials (paraffin blocks, histological slides, reports, and medical records) from procedures already completed.
