: The approval for this study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Fuzhou University Affiliated Provincial Hospital (K2025-02-069). Each participating hospital additionally obtained local IRB approval for data collection and analysis, in accordance with institutional and national ethical requirements. All approvals covered retrospective use of anonymized data, and informed consent was waived accordingly. As this was a retrospective study, the requirement for written informed consent was waived.
