: This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis based exclusively on previously published data. No new human or animal participants were involved; therefore, ethical approval and informed consent were not required. All included studies reported adherence to recognized ethical standards, such as the Declaration of Helsinki, and had obtained informed consent from their participants as stated in their original publications. Data privacy and confidentiality were maintained throughout the process, as no individual-level data were accessed or disclosed. The review protocol was registered in PROSPERO under registration number CRD42024618189, in accordance with best practices for systematic reviews and to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
