: All experimental procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards set by the national health and medical research council and the Egyptian ministry of health and population. The study protocol was approved by the research ethical committee of the national organization for drug control and research (NODCAR), Egyptian drug authority (EDA), Egypt, under ethics approval number: NODCAR/1/1/2023. Animal experiments were performed in accordance with the ARRIVE guidelines 2.0 to ensure rigorous and transparent reporting of in vivo studies.
