: This study was based on fully anonymized 16S rRNA sequencing data from routine clinical tests, and all personal and traceable identifiers were completely removed. Formal ethical approval and informed consent were deemed unnecessary in accordance with the Measures for Ethical Review of Life Sciences and Medical Research Involving Human Subjects (2023 Edition) issued by the National Health Commission of China, as this anonymized data-based study poses no risks to participants’ rights and interests.
