: The research proposal was ethically cleared by the Department Research and Ethical Review Committee (DREC) and approved by the Department of Microbiology, Immunology & Parasitology, School of Medicine, Addis Ababa University. Written official permission was taken from Yekatit 12 Medical college Hospital, Kebena Health center, Shero-meda Health center, Arada Health center and Teklehaimanot Health center.
