: All the authors are from the Emek Medical Center, a community 500-bed teaching hospital in Northern Israel, serving a population of 500,000 inhabitants. ECS, the corresponding author, is an Internal Medicine and Endocrinology Consultant physician, HK is a research assistant, NS is a biostatistician, AI is an Endocrinology Consultant physician and the Director of the Endocrinology Clinic.
