: This integrative review study does not involve any new data collection from human participants. Therefore, ethical clearance is not deemed necessary as this study falls outside the scope of Swedish law on ethical review of research involving human subjects (SFS 2003:460). Exemption to ethical clearance was registered with the institutional review board at Karlstad University (HNT 2020/578). We have not involved any human participants and therefore no informed consent was taken. We have added a column to show whether individual included studies took ethical clearance in supplementary table .
