: This study’s protocol obtained ethical approval from the Research and Ethics Committee of the Ho Teaching Hospital, identified by Protocol ID No: HTH-REC [] FC_2022. The Institutional Research and Ethics Committee at Ho Teaching Hospital waived the need for informed consent because the study was retrospective. To ensure confidentiality, all gathered data was coded and securely stored in a separate room before computer entry. Identifiers like names and unique card numbers were omitted from the data collection process. Patient information taken from cards was treated with the utmost confidentiality. Permission was also, granted by the facility’s records department prior to commencing data collection. All research procedures were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
