: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Islamic Azad University, Shahrood Branch (Approval Code: IR.IAU.SHAHROOD.REC.1402.107). The trial was registered in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials (IRCT20250718066536N1) on July 18, 2025. All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee, the Declaration of Helsinki, and the ICH-GCP guidelines. Written informed consent was obtained from all individual participants prior to enrollment in the study.

: Participant data were coded with unique study identifiers. All personal identifiers were removed from study documents and databases to maintain confidentiality. Electronic data were stored on password-protected computers, and paper documents were kept in locked cabinets.

: No specific ancillary or post-trial care was planned. Participants who experienced any adverse events related to the study treatment received appropriate medical management free of charge.
