: The study was approved by the ‘Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Bangladesh Medical University (BMU), Dhaka, Bangladesh’, (Reference number: BSMMU/2022/11339; Dated: 10.11.2022) and followed Helsinki declaration. This study collected data from four centers affiliated with BMU; therefore, the central ethical approval obtained from BMU was applicable to all participating centers, and separate institutional ethical approvals were not sought. Informed consent was obtained from all participants after explaining the study’s objectives, procedures, risks, and benefits. Participation was voluntary, and participants could withdraw from the study at any time without affecting their medical care. Patient confidentiality was strictly maintained throughout the study.
