: The study received ethical approval by the Regional Committees on Health Research Ethics for Southern Denmark on the 23rd of October 2020 (reference S-20200119), with an amendment (reference 91017) approved on the 17th of June 2022. It was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT04623697), on November the 10th, 2020. The study was conducted according to the Helsinki Declaration and Good Clinical Practices guidelines.
