: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” and with the principles of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Ethical approval was obtained from the University Ethics Committee of the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” (Approval No. 2025/AEI-18). Participants were fully informed about the objectives of the study and were assured of anonymity and confidentiality.
