: This retrospective study involving human participants was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was approved by the Gaziantep University Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee (decision no. 2026/173; approval date: 04 March 2026). Permission for the use of retrospective hospital data was obtained from the Chief Physician’s Office prior to data extraction.
