Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All procedures will be carried out in compliance with the Helsinki Declaration. Human research ethics approvals have been obtained from the CSIRO Health and Medical Human Research Ethics Committee (Ref no: HREC 9/2018) and Catholic Education Western Australia (Ref no: RP2018/54). Parental consent will be obtained for the minors before taking part in the study. Participants will maintain the right to withdraw from the study whenever they desire without giving any reason for their decision. The research coordinator will collect completed consents forms through the schools’ office. Upon protocol amendments, ethics committee, trial registry, journals and participants will be notified.
