Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The Ethical Committee of the Tokyo Medical and Dental University (#-D2018–057) approved the study protocols, including the method of obtaining consent from the participants of the study. All participants provided informed consent using the web-based survey system before their enrolment in the study.
