Ethics approval and consent to participate
: A cross-sectional study was conducted after ethical clearance has been approved by Health Research Ethics Committee of Faculty of Dental Medicine Airlangga University (Number: 271/KKEPK.FKG/ XI/2016). Written informed consents were collected from 40 dental technicians who worked on the metal prosthesis for at least 3 years in Dental Laboratory Surabaya, Indonesia. All participants were in a position to understand and consent to the study requirements, and provided written informed consent. The questionnaires were collected for personal data of dental technicians.
