: Current study was based on an agreement between the Vice Chancellery for Research at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and the Deputy of Health and Research of the Department of Education, Isfahan Province, as an Action Research Plan with the Code of Ethics IR.MUI.RESEARCH.1397.1.012. Also, all methods were performed in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration guideline. Informed written consents were obtained from the parents of the recruited children for both educational and clinical interventions, separately. For illiterate parents, the informed consents were gained from legally authorized representatives for involving the children of these parents in the study.
